Forensicare in Victoria is seeking seven Clinical Support Team Leaders to join Thomas Embling Hospital, Fairfield. You will provide leadership to Clinical Support Workers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain a safe, therapeutic and recovery‑oriented setting.

The role operates on a 24/7 roster including weekends and nights, with a focus on reducing restrictive practices through proactive risk management, de‑escalation and incident response.
