About the role:
Join Uniting AgeWell as a Financial Analyst supporting our growing Home Care and Community Services division. Reporting to the Director, Finance Business Partnering, you'll provide the financial insight, analysis and performance reporting that helps leaders make informed decisions and deliver quality outcomes for older Australians. This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with operational leaders, influence planning and performance discussions, and contribute to service growth across a rapidly evolving sector. You'll be trusted to turn complex data into clear recommendations while helping strengthen financial capability across the business.
In this role, you will:
- Support Home Care leaders to provide meaningful financial and operational performance insights
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting and ongoing performance monitoring across the division
- Develop financial models,
business cases and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Identify performance trends, risks and opportunities, providing practical recommendations for improvement
- Contribute to pricing reviews, funding analysis and commercial planning activities
- Build strong relationships across Finance and Home Care teams, improving financial understanding and accountability
About you:

- Experience in financial analysis, reporting, management accounting or business partnering roles
- Ability to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights
- Proven involvement in budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting processes
- Robust financial modelling capability with advanced Excel skills
- Experience supporting business cases, pricing reviews or commercial decision-making
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders and influencing performance conversations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting or business, with CPA or CA progression viewed favourably
- Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions

Essentials for working in Aged Care:
- A current Working WithChildren Check card
- Current and ongoing flu vaccinations
- Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS Clearance
