They're growing and looking for an experienced accountant ready to step up, whether that's a Senior Accountant role building your advisory skills, or an Accounting Manager role leading a portfolio and a team with partnership on the horizon.

The role:

- Manage a portfolio of clients across multiple industries - tax, compliance, and advisory
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, BAS, and FBT
- Identify accounting issues and deliver practical tax planning solutions
- Drive process improvements for clients and the firm

Stepping into Accounting Manager? You'll also:

- Own the performance of a key business unit
- Scope engagements, delegate work, and manage team workflow
- Coach and mentor junior team members





What you bring:

- CA or CPA qualified (or working toward it)
- 3+ years client-facing accounting experience
- Advanced knowledge of Australian accounting standards, income tax, and GST
- Proficiency with Xero
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
