St Vincent’s Health Australia is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Diabetes Centre in a permanent part time role (2 days per week). The role involves delivering nursing care, clinical assessments, and education to patients with diabetes, in collaboration with endocrinologists, dietitians, and diabetes educators.

You will support high-volume clinical settings, with a focus on CGM and insulin delivery systems, and contribute to coordinated care pathways and community referrals.
