Role Description

The Construction Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Brisbane Area. This position oversees day-to-day site operations, including coordinating trades, managing schedules, and ensuring construction activities meet design specifications and quality standards.



The supervisor conducts regular site inspections, monitors safety practices, and enforces compliance with building codes and company policies. Responsibilities include communicating with managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues, track progress, and keep projects on time and within budget. The role also involves maintaining accurate site documentation, reporting on milestones, and supporting a positive, safe working environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and experience in Site Supervision on residential construction projects.
- Candidates should possess transparent and effective Communication skills for coordinating with teams, subcontractors, and clients.
