Award winning Nu Nu Restaurant,located in Palm Cove, islooking for an experienced Bartender to join our team.
This long-term, full time rolewill require you to work afternoons and evenings overseeing the restaurant bar and assisting in the busy front of house operation as required. We are seeking a team player with extensive bar tending experience including;
- Excellent cocktail making skills gained from working in a busy restaurant or bar
- Wine knowledge
- Stock control and ordering
- Able to work evening shifts and weekends
- Carrying 3 plates
- Sharing knowledge of food and wine
- Be a team player
- Keep a clean and tidy work area
- Hold a current nationally recognised RSA
This is a very rapid paced position and the successful applicant must be highly organised and able to multi task. Due to operating hours your own transport is necessary.
