- Coordinating customer solutions and ensuring successful delivery.
- Assisting with procurement and logistics to keep projects on track.
- Managing customer contracts and Service Level Agreements.
- Performing quality checks after implementation to maintain high standards.
- Responding to inbound calls and enquiries with empathy and clarity.
- Handling orders and liaising with management to resolve issues promptly.
- Working with wholesale suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve order challenges.
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry.
