Are you an experienced Field tech/ End User Computing (EUC) Engineer who enjoys hands-on technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and working closely with customers? We're seeking an adaptable and customer-focused qualified to join our team supporting a major customer environment across multiple Western Sydney locations.
This is a4-month contract engagement requiring onsite support across 12 customer sites in Western Sydney, with travel between locations as required. A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
What You’ll Do
Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support
Manage and resolve incidents, requests, and changes
Troubleshoot desktop, Wi-Fi, and network issues
Support Palo Alto, Ruckus, and Aruba technologies
Perform switch replacements, deployments, and support
Deliver general infrastructure and end-user support
About You
Experience in Field tech/ EUC/ Desktop Support environments
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Familiarity with Palo Alto, Ruckus, and Aruba technologies and infrastructure support
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle required
Able to travel between Western Sydney customer sites as needed
