Chateau Elan at The Vintage is an internationally acclaimed Hotel which has been awarded Gold in the Luxury Accommodation category in the NSW Tourism Awards; is one of Australia's largest day spas and offers 100 luxurious suites and villas.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Front Office Duty Manager - Full Time. You will be part of a dynamic, service-driven team, creating memorable experiences for our guests. This role will appeal to individuals with strong work and customer care ethic.

Successful applicants must possess the following skills and attributes:

Previous experience in a Front Office Supervisory role in a premium hotel desirable - but willing to train the right candidate

Manage and support the Front Office Team ensuring that guest expectations are met

Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly

Ensure that procedures relating to Front Office are completed in line with agreed standards





Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures including special guests and VIP's

Build positive relationships across the Resort

Duty Warden responsibility in the event of a fire

An excellent eye for detail to ensure the accuracy of bookings

Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with our internal and external guests

Ability to operate effectively in a high pressure and busy setting

Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends based on business demands

Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
