The chance

We are on the lookout for an early career Physiotherapist (1-4 years) wanting to develop their clinical skills whilst being mentored in patient management and leadership.

With over ten sites in Melbourne , you will have the opportunity to meet and learn amongst other Physiotherapists within our network of clinics. We regularly run group-wide PD and mentoring events which provides a point of difference to our competitors.

This job is perfect for an individual who is ambitious and wants to progress their career. Your role will consist of day-to-day consulting in a 1-on-1 and group setting along with sporting team involvement. You will also participate in a structured mentoring program for your clinical and leadership development.

With strong street frontage, consistent medical & corporate health referrals and low competition, our clinic is set to enter a strong & productive growth phase in the coming years. Our clinic consists of open space for Clinical Pilates & functional rehab; something not seen elsewhere in the local area. You will take over a varied caseload with a mix of private and compensable patients. Croydon's future leader will be supported in expanding our footprint into local sporting clubs and other networks. This will be combined with learning how to manage the financial, operational and staffing aspects of the business in order to achieve our business goals. There will be future partnership opportunities.

At Evado Studios we offer a unique career pathway towards senior Physiotherapy and leadership roles. Our leadership program takes you from as Associate Physio to Practice Principal across 1-2 years. This includes training in financial management, forecasting & budgeting, practice operations, marketing and staffing with the view of future business ownership.

Prerequisites

The successful applicant will have:

- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or higher
- Full Australian working rights
- Full AHPRA registration
