About the Role

Working as part of the production team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and ensuring all products are manufactured in accordance with strict quality and GMP requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Accurately weighing and dispensing raw materials in accordance with batch requirements.
- Verifying materials, batch numbers and relevant documentation.




- Operating and monitoring mixing, blending and granulation equipment.
- Setting up, operating and monitoring validated manufacturing machinery.
- Operating equipment including powder dispensing, mixing, granulation, tablet compression and coating, hard capsule and bottle line machinery .
- Starting and stopping machinery and undertaking basic troubleshooting where required.
- Monitoring equipment and production processes to ensure they remain within required parameters.
- Completing batch documentation and production records accurately.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, hygiene and GMP compliance.
- Following all workplace health and safety, quality and site procedures.
- Undertaking manual handling and heavy lifting as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience in production, machine operation or pharmaceutical manufacturing .
- Experience working within a GMP workplace is highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- The ability to follow procedures and work within strict quality and safety requirements.
- Good communication skills and the ability to understand and follow instructions.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Physical capacity to undertake manual handling and heavy lifting as required.
- A reliable, punctual and positive approach to work.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- A willingness to learn and develop within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
