What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and complete clinical assessments
- Develop and review person-centred care plans
- Monitor residents’ health and respond to changing clinical needs
- Support care staff and promote best practice clinical care
- Collaborate with families and the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with aged care standards
About You
- Registered Nurse (Division 1) with unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Previous aged care experience is highly regarded
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering person-centred care
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
