What You'll Be Doing
- Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to residents
- Complete clinical assessments and medication management
- Develop and review individualised care plans
- Monitor resident health and respond to changing clinical needs
- Mentor and support care staff to deliver high-quality care
- Collaborate with families and the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
About You
- Registered Nurse (Division 1) with unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse within aged care
- Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Passion for delivering compassionate, person-centred care
- Unrestricted Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
