What You'll Be Doing

- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to residents
- Complete clinical assessments and administer medications
- Develop, implement and review care plans
- Monitor residents' health and respond to changing clinical needs
- Support and mentor care staff in best practice care
- Work collaboratively with families and the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with aged care standards

About You

- Registered Nurse (Division 1) with unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Previous aged care experience is highly regarded
- Solid clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering person-centred care
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
