SELECT LABOUR is seeking a Compactor Operator with an HR licence to join our Townsville-based team. The role offers a Monday–Friday roster with Saturdays available and a competitive remuneration package.

Ideal candidates will have a Construction Card RII for operating a compactor, 2+ years of related experience, and the ability to work autonomously while maintaining protected working practices in a fast-paced site.
