Procreate in Hobart is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to assist our global user base with creative software experiences. You’ll provide empathetic, transparent support in English plus one additional language (Japanese, Korean, Russian or French) to help our community.
You’ll work with cross-functional teams, learn our support processes, and become a reliable member of the Community Care team. Note: this role is based in our Hobart office, not remote or hybrid.
