You will execute digital marketing campaigns & optimse them to improve ROAS alongside working on website builds & social media organic posting.

The role

We have a full-time role where you enjoy working a 4-day work week. You'll be apart of a fun, innovative team that are all down-to-earth, energetic, passionate, friendly and driven. You will be managing client campaigns & websites, ensuring they go live on time and pump results. We work across all industries so it's a diverse, exciting, fast-paced role.



You will need great attention to detail, proven marketing skills & excellent communication skills.

What you'll do

We are chasing applicants with experience in digital marketing across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, website building, social media posting and social media shoots. We know it's hard to be across all of it, but if you have experience & skill in at least 4 areas, then this is for you!

- Follow strategy from the senior team to create, analyse and optimse Google ad campaigns

- Follow strategy from the senior team to create, analyse and optimse Meta ad campaigns

- Follow strategy from the senior team to design & build websites

- SEO campaigns

- Social media shoots, reels & posting

- Communication with clients on all campaigns you manage

- Edit your own work, ensuring it's mistake-free

- Manage your time & priorities enuring all deadlines are met

Our ideal candidate will:

- Ideally, you may have 2+ years of experience in digital marketing

- Experience & skills in 3 out of 5 of our core services

- Lean into feedback conversations and problem-solving to hit deadlines

- Strong attention to detail & ownership of work

- Be highly energetic, a professional extrovert, motivated and a great communicator who can build rapport with staff & clients

- Deeply empathetic, outstanding at actively listening and problem-solving

- Enjoy tech and using AI such as Claude & ChatGPT
