NSW Department of Communities and Justice – Grafton NSW is hiring an Aboriginal Youth Officer to support young people in custody, develop life skills, and reduce reoffending. You will work in a secure centre with a multidisciplinary team, delivering culturally informed interventions and guidance.

The role requires shift work across a 24/7 roster, five weeks of paid full time ITAP training, and eligibility for Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander recruitment.
