Lutheran Services Australia is seeking a dedicated Case Manager for the Domestic & Family Violence Refuge Community Services team in Brisbane. You will work with women, children and young people who have experienced violence, providing trauma-informed case management, safety planning and access to housing, legal and health services.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external providers, maintain accurate case notes, and participate in supervision and continuous improvement activities
