The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to join our Gold Coast office in Varsity Lakes and become a key part of our property law team. You'll work closely with our principals and enjoy real autonomy in managing your own files, with the full support of a collaborative and driven team behind you.

What You'll Do

- Manage residential conveyancing files end-to-end,



from instruction through to settlement across QLD and NSW
- Prepare and review contracts, transfers, titles and settlement documentation
- Conduct PEXA electronic settlements
- Liase with clients, real estate agents, solicitors, etc
- Provide clear, timely updates to clients throughout the transaction

About You

- Experience in QLD and NSW conveyancing
- Solid working knowledge of property law and the conveyancing process
- Proficient in PEXA, with experience in LEAP (highly regarded)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A confident communicator who builds trust with clients quickly
- Someone who takes ownership of their work and thrives in a small team workplace
