As a Graduate Occupational Therapist at WHPH OT & Wellbeing, you will work alongside experienced clinicians to support NDIS participants across the age range living with intellectual, developmental and psychosocial disability.

Through a structured supervision and mentoring program, you will develop skills in assessment, intervention planning, report writing and person-centred therapy delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Occupational Therapy assessments under the guidance of experienced clinicians.
- Support clients to improve independence, wellbeing and participation in meaningful daily activities.
- Develop and implement therapy plans that align with participant goals.
- Complete Functional Capacity Assessments and contribute to NDIS reports and reviews.
- Deliver interventions that support skill development, emotional wellbeing and community participation.
- Facilitate individual and group-based therapeutic programs where appropriate.
- Provide services in clinic, home, community and telehealth settings.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
- Participate in regular supervision, team meetings and professional development activities.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous service improvement.

Desirable Qualities and Attributes:

- Interest in working with paediatric, psychosocial, intellectual and/or developmental disability populations.




- An awareness of the NDIS and associated processes.
- Developing assessment, clinical reasoning and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current AHPRA Registration.
- National Police Check.
- Working with Children Check.
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
- Laptop and mobile phone.
