Receptionist – Join the Enhanced Physio Team

We are looking for a full-time Physiotherapy Receptionist to join our dedicated team. This role offers an incredible opportunity to grow your skills, gain experience in a dynamic allied health environment, and be supported by a friendly and professional team committed to excellence in client care.

What you’ll be doing

- Welcoming clients and managing check-in/check-out processes.
- Handling reception tasks such as scheduling appointments, phone calls, and client enquiries.
- Processing payments, health fund claims, and rebates.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming clinic environment.
- Working closely with physiotherapists and allied health practitioners to deliver outstanding client service.

What we’re looking for





- Previous medical or allied health reception experience (highly regarded but not essential, training provided).
- Excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and attention to detail.
- Client-focused attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy clinic workplace.
- Confident with computer systems (experience with Cliniko or similar software is a bonus)
- A friendly, professional manner and willingness to support both the team and clients.
