About the Role

We’re on the hunt for our next admin Rockstar who’s ready to bring positive vibes, top-notch organisation and a warm welcome to our busy real estate offices. Every day looks a little different, which is exactly how you like it.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Making every visitor feel like the most important person in the room
- Handling a steady stream of calls with a smile they can hear down the line
- Creating a warm, welcoming and professional first impression in our reception area
- Coordinating mail, deliveries and general office logistics
- Providing support to our Sale and Rental Departments as needed

What You Bring

- A calm, friendly, professional attitude - Monday mornings included
- Strong communication skills and a knack for juggling multiple tasks




- A natural eye for staying organised and effective
- Confidence with Google Workspace and general tech
- Reception or customer service experience is a preferred
