Younger Pest Management is a locally owned and operated business servicing Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter region . We take pride in delivering safe, reliable, and professional pest control solutions for homes and businesses and we’re growing!

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Pest Control Technician to join our team.

About the Role

- Perform inspections, treatments, and pest prevention services for residential and commercial clients.
- Diagnose pest activity and recommend/implement tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate service and safety records.
- Work independently with the support of a small, friendly team.
- Deliver excellent customer service, every time.

What We’re Looking For

- NSW Pest Management Technician License, (Termite Experience preferred). Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving history suitable for operating company vehicles.
- Good communication and presentation skills




- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first attitude
- Reliable, honest, and ready to learn
- Holds a valid Working with Children Check and current National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain.
