In this role you will:

- Lead TAL’s health proposition strategy to deliver better outcomes for customers, partners and the business.
- Shape innovative health and wellbeing solutions informed by customer insights, market trends and emerging opportunities.
- Build strategic partnerships that expand access to high-quality physical, mental and financial health support.
- Influence enterprise-wide stakeholders to embed health initiatives across TAL’s customer offering.
- Drive measurable value through data-led evaluation, investment oversight and continuous improvement.
- Champion TAL’s presence as a thought leader in health, wellbeing and insurance innovation.
