About the Role

Noosa Springs Golf & Spa Resort is seeking an experienced, skilled and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our Front of House leadership team.

This position is suited to a mature-minded hospitality professional with strong customer service experience, sound operational knowledge and a genuine ability to lead a team. You will support the daily operations of Relish Restaurant, weddings, functions and beverage service across the resort.

We are looking for someone who leads from the front, remains calm under pressure and takes pride in maintaining high standards. You will be expected to set clear expectations, keep the team focused and ensure company policies and service procedures are consistently followed.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations across the restaurant, bar and function spaces
- Lead, support and motivate Front of House staff throughout each shift
- Allocate duties clearly and follow up to ensure tasks are completed correctly
- Maintain a visible, hands-on leadership presence during service
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every guest is treated politely and professionally
- Handle guest enquiries, feedback and complaints calmly and confidently
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of weddings, functions and special events
- Ensure company policies, service procedures, grooming standards and presentation expectations are followed
- Identify and address performance or conduct concerns appropriately
- Support the training, development and ongoing performance of team members
- Work closely with the kitchen,



events team and other resort departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Complete opening, closing, cash-handling and administrative duties accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional working environment

About You

- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar hospitality leadership position
- A strong background in restaurants, bars, functions, weddings or event service
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional, polite communication style
- A strong work ethic, initiative and willingness to remain actively involved throughout each shift
- The confidence to provide clear direction and hold team members accountable
- The ability to lead by example and earn the respect of your team
- Sound judgement and the ability to resolve conflict calmly and fairly
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
- A commitment to following and upholding company policies and procedures
- The ability to remain composed and make confident decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- A Queensland RSA
