Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, invites soon-to-be graduate occupational therapists to join our 12-month structured Graduate Program. You’ll start with intensive induction training and a reduced caseload for the first four months to build confidence and clinical reasoning.
You’ll be supported by experienced clinicians, with weekly supervision, mentoring, a dedicated buddy, and opportunities to observe across disciplines in a cooperative, inclusive workplace.
