Travel Allowance: $27.32 per day when attending site
We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Civil Labourer to join a long‑term civil construction project in Canungra.
This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is physically fit and wants stable, ongoing work with the potential to build a long‑term career in civil construction.
The Role
You’ll be assisting the civil construction team with general labouring duties, including:
- Moving and repositioning fencing
- Assisting with moving materials and dirt
- Levelling and preparing soil
- General civil labouring and site duties
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
What We’re Looking For
To be successful, you will need:
- White Card
- Current Driver’s Licence and your own reliable transport
- To live within approximately 30 minutes of Canungra
- Previous experience working on civil construction projects
- Experience working outdoors and in the sun for extended periods
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour throughout the day
- A strong work ethic and reliable attitude
- Must be available Monday-Friday, 6:30am-4:30pm with reliable attendance
Please note: This role requires consistent Monday-Friday attendance. Regular days off are not suitable for this position.
The project is expected to run for approximately 3 years, providing excellent stability for the right person.
For reliable workers, there is also an opportunity to continue onto future projects and potentially transition into a full-time permanent position.
