Your new role:
This is a full time permanent role Monday to Friday.
You would be working in a team of 4 Customer Service operators and amongst a larger team of roughly 60 people in NSW.
Your new role will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and by email
- Entering orders
- Obtain quotes and book transport
- Provide follow up and customer service for any outstanding orders
- Filing of orders and invoices
- Generating monthly reports
Our client is looking for:
Calm, friendly and professional customer service expertise and someone who is a outstanding team player.
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Clear and professional communication skills
- A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Keen-to-learn attitude and a strong work ethic!
- Mature, positive and proactive approach to work
- A driver's license and reliable transport are preferable due to the location of the office
