Baulkham Hills Early Learning Centre is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Educator to join our wonderful team on a full-time basis in our 3–4 year room. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced, passionate, and supportive Room Leader who is committed to mentoring and developing those around her.

About the Role

- Full-time position (5 days per week) with one paid RDO per month

- Rotating shifts between 7:00am and 6:00pm

- Working within our vibrant 3–4 year room

- Collaborating with a passionate and highly regarded Room Leader

- Contributing to a play-based program that supports children's learning, development, and wellbeing

- Building strong and meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

- Working as part of a stable, passionate, and supportive team

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Holds a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)

- Values child safety and is willing to undertake child safety training

- Has a genuine passion for working with young children

- Is reliable, positive, and a strong team player

- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Is committed to providing high-quality education and care

- Holds a valid Working With Children Check
