Fair & Care Special Needs & Aged Care Services (FCSAS Pty Ltd) provides high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS participants. We're growing our allied health network and are looking for a physiotherapist to join us on a contract basis, delivering mobile physiotherapy services to clients in their homes and communities.

We're growing our allied health network and are looking for a physiotherapist to join us on a contract basis, delivering mobile physiotherapy services to clients in their homes and communities.
About the Role
As our contract Physiotherapist, you'll provide individualised physiotherapy services to NDIS participants, working flexibly across the community and/or at a clinic you may be affiliated with. You'll assess client needs, develop and deliver treatment plans, and work alongside our broader care team to support participants' goals under their NDIS plans.
This is a contractor arrangement, with payment based on a negotiable percentage of NDIS payments received for physiotherapy services delivered, in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver physiotherapy assessments and treatment to NDIS participants in their homes and community settings
- Develop, implement, and review individualised treatment and exercise plans aligned to each participant's NDIS goals
- Maintain accurate,
timely clinical documentation and progress notes in line with NDIS and AHPRA requirements
- Liaise with participants, families, and the FCSAS care team to coordinate care
- Provide clear, compassionate communication tailored to participants with diverse needs, including disability and aged care clients
- Ensure all services comply with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant clinical guidelines
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist (or eligible for registration)
- Qualification documentation is an NDIS requirement. New graduates are welcome to apply
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Infection Prevention and Control Awareness Course (can be done online)
- First Aid and CPR Course Certificate (FCSAS can help organise if out of date)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (online module)
- NDIS Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals Certificate (online module)
- A genuine interest in disability and aged care support, with a person-centred, empathetic approach
- Solid communication skills and the ability to work independently while managing your own caseload and schedule

- Earnings based on a negotiable percentage of NDIS payments for physiotherapy services delivered, benchmarked against the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (standard hourly price limit $183.99, rising to $257.59 in regional areas and $275.99 in remote areas)
