IIQAF Group is seeking a compassionate and experienced Personal Care Assistant in Sydney to support our hospital and healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in patient care, aged care support, daily living assistance, and clinical support services .

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care and patient support
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Support mobility, transfers, and protected patient handling
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Assist with feeding and daily living activities
- Maintain patient dignity, comfort, and privacy
- Support nurses and healthcare professionals in daily tasks
- Follow infection control and hospital safety procedures
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation
Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care / Health Services preferred
- Experience in hospital, aged care, or clinical environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends if required)
- Knowledge of Australian healthcare standards preferred
