We're looking for a friendly, organised and food loving Customer Service Coordinator- who enjoys building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Being a genuine foodie is a must . We're looking for someone who can confidently 'talk food ', understand our offering and suggest great meal combinations to customers.

You'll be the key point of contact for many of our clients, managing enquiries, orders and accounts while developing trust and connection through phone and email communication. With a natural ability to understand customer needs, you'll support both sales growth and customer retention through proactive outreach and thoughtful recommendations..

What You’ll Be Doing

- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, building strong relationships
- Manage inbound enquiries, providing tailored catering solutions, preparing quotes and guiding clients from initial enquiry through to order confirmation




- Proactively nurture client relationships via phone and email, identifying opportunities to strengthen engagement, encourage repeat business and support sales growth
- Take ownership of customer issues, resolving challenges with confidence, empathy and sound judgement
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, turning service recovery opportunities into positive client experiences
- Exercise a high degree of autonomy in managing competing priorities
- Support the wider team during peak periods, demonstrating flexibility, initiative and a collaborative approach

Who We’re Looking For

- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability, confident handling client complaints
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and confidence managing CRM systems and customer data
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Resilient, adaptable and calm under pressure

Required Experience

- Minimum 2 years' experience in administration, customer service, account coordination or similar client-facing roles
- Hospitality, catering or events experience essential
- Experience handling client complaints, preparing quotes and proactively building client relationships
- Confidence using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer and order data
