Key Responsibilities:

- Workflow Management: Manage the flow of products through the polishing section and prevent delays.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure a high quality finish is achieved on all polishing work.
- Health & Safety: Maintain and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working setting for all employees.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: Previous experience as a metal polisher is essential.




- Skills: A strong attention to detail, a passion for hands‑on work, and the ability to work autonomously, maintaining our values of honesty, integrity and reliability.
