We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Sales Director to drive the growth of our B2B prepaid card and payments business. This role is responsible for originating, developing, and closing high-value partnerships with enterprise and mid-market clients across key verticals.

You will play a critical role in shaping go-to-market strategy, building a high-performance pipeline, and positioning iGoDirect as a market leader in prepaid and embedded payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Leadership

- Identify, target, and close new B2B opportunities for prepaid card programs and payment solutions
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across enterprise, fintech, government, and corporate segments
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets

Strategic Partnerships

- Develop partnerships with program managers, fintech platforms, and corporate clients
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements, including pricing and revenue models
- Collaborate with scheme partners to identify and develop strategic opportunities

Market & Product Positioning

- Provide market insights to influence product development and innovation
- Position iGoDirect’s solutions across use cases such as:




- Incentives & rewards
- Expense management
- Digital wallets & embedded finance

Internal Collaboration

- Work closely with product, compliance, operations, and marketing teams
- Support onboarding and successful launch of new client programs
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements in Australia

Leadership & Influence

- Act as a senior commercial leader within the organisation
- Mentor junior sales team members where applicable
- Represent iGoDirect at industry events and client engagements

Key Requirements

Experience

Essential

- Experience in solution selling issuing solutions including cards programs (Credit / Prepaid / Gift) and scheme products (Visa / Mastercard / AMEX / Gift Card Networks)
- 10+ years in B2B sales within payments, fintech, or financial services
- Strong network across Australian corporates, fintech, or financial institutions

Skills

- Deep understanding of payments ecosystem (schemes, issuers, program managers), preferably card issuing
- Robust commercial acumen and negotiation capability
- Ability to translate client needs into scalable payment solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
