The Opportunity

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a proven Site Manager or Senior Foreman to join one of Australia’s most respected head contractors. With an enviable track record spanning several decades, this builder is renowned for delivering complex, high-value projects while maintaining an approachable, collaborative culture where site teams are genuinely empowered.

With several major construction packages breaking ground across Greater Sydney, they are seeking sharp, driven site leaders to manage daily operations,



push baseline programs, and uphold strict safety and quality standards.

The Role

- Site Leadership: Own site delivery end-to-end, managing day-to-day operations, trade coordination, and site logistics.
- Program & Safety Drive: Push baseline construction schedules without compromising safety or quality standards.
- Subcontractor Management: Drive productivity and foster strong relationships with key trade contractors.
- Tech & Systems: Utilize modern, streamlined management platforms (ISO-accredited) designed to simplify site administration.

About You

- Proven Track Record: Solid background delivering commercial, institutional, health, or education projects ($30M – $100M+).
- Trade / Technical Background: Trade qualified (Carpentry/Structures preferred) or holding a Tertiary qualification in Building & Construction.
- Subbie Network: Strong local trade relationships across Greater Sydney with a reputation for running productive, well-organised sites.
- Leadership Style: Proactive, commercially sharp, and a clear communicator who leads from the front slab.
