About the role: As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients engaging with our clinic. With empathy, professionalism and attention to detail, you will ensure every patient feels supported, informed and cared for throughout their journey.

What you'll be doing:





- Working in a highly patient-facing reception role, delivering exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations and patient interactions.
- Acting as the first point of contact for patients, delivering a warm, professional and welcoming reception experience.
- Providing a best-in-class patient experience across all interactions, both in person and over the phone.
- Triaging and responding to incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing enquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Managing patient bookings, coordinating appointment schedules, and monitoring daily clinic activity.
- Accurately entering and maintaining patient records within the patient management system.
- Supporting the wider clinical and administrative team with general administrative tasks as required.
- Contributing to the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the clinic by ensuring reception and patient administration processes run seamlessly.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Previous experience in a reception, customer service, or administrative role, ideally within a medical or healthcare environment.
- Previous medical administration experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with patients, colleagues and external stakeholders via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
- Confidence using IT systems,



with proficiency in Microsoft Office essential.
- The ability to multitask, prioritise competing demands and manage your time effectively in a busy environment.
- A cooperative and team-focused approach, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is desirable but not essential.
- A compassionate, patient-centred mindset and a genuine commitment to delivering an outstanding patient experience.
