With multiple bakery locations and continued growth, we're looking for experienced and passionate Bakers / Pastry Chefs to join our production team across our Parramatta, Cabramatta, and World Square stores.
About the Role
This is a full-time position working on a rotating 7-day roster (5 days on, 2 days off) . Full availability is required, including weekends, with a variety of shift times as part of the roster.
As a Baker / Pastry Chef, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality breads and pastries while working in a fast-paced, supportive production environment. You'll be confident working independently when required, while also enjoying being part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional baking experience
- Passion for artisan baking and pastry production
- Experience with Japanese bread, sourdough, or French viennoiserie is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and eagerness to continue learning from experienced bakers
