Ofload is seeking a Director, Commercial to own and evolve pricing capability that underpins growth. Reporting to the VP Commercial, you’ll shape pricing strategy, governance, and operating model to win profitable business and protect margin.

You’ll influence pricing across customers, lanes and offerings using market dynamics, data and AI-enabled decision making, working with Sales, Finance and leadership to scale pricing processes and team.
