We’re currently seeking an experiencedFactory Hand with a valid Forklift Licenceto join our client’s team inWacol, QLD.
This role offers the potential for apermanent full-time positionfollowing a successful labour hire trial period.
About the Role
Working as part of a close-knit team, you’ll assist with the preparation and dispatch of materials, ensuring all orders are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

- Picking, labelling, and manually handling steel products to complete customer orders
- Operating forklifts to load and unload materials, machinery, and trucks
- General warehousing and housekeeping duties
- Ensuring all loads are staged before finishing work for the day
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

What We’re Looking For

- Current Forklift Licence - essential
- Experience operating a multi-directional forklift (preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar factory, steel, or warehousing environment (highly regarded)
- Reliable and committed to full-time hours
- Physically fit - able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
- Strong communication skills with the ability to read and comprehend work instructions in English
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and excellent attendance record
