I’m working with a leading global sustainable business on a newly created Strategy & Transformation Leader opportunity, a role sitting at the intersection of strategy, growth, transformation and commercial execution .

You’ll be responsible for turning strategy into measurable business impact, working closely with the leadership team to:

- Drive above‑market growth and identify new growth opportunities
- Develop and execute Value Creation Plans across transformation, integrations and new markets
- Lead Commercial Excellence initiatives across sales strategy, operations, tools and performance
- Shape the business strategy and Long‑Range Plan
- Drive strategic priorities through to execution, with clear KPIs and accountability
- Influence senior stakeholders and help orchestrate the leadership team agenda
- Balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery and problem solving

The ideal profile?

Someone with 5–10 years across two of the following three areas: Consulting,



Private Equity and/or commercial roles , with a track record of taking strategic growth initiatives from strategy through to execution .

You’ll bring:

- Robust strategic, analytical and commercial thinking
- Experience delivering transformation / Value Creation Plans
- Commercial or growth strategy experience
- Strong financial and business acumen
- The ability to influence without direct authority
- A hands‑on, pragmatic approach to execution
- Experience across Consumer or B2B services would be advantageous

Importantly, this is a high-potential role with a clear path towards broader business leadership and P&L; ownership .
