Senior Underwriter - Financial Lines

Our client is looking for an ambitious, market-facing underwriter to become the face of its Financial Lines business across Victoria and South Australia. This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the industry's fastest-growing specialist underwriting agencies and play a key role in shaping the next stage of its Australian growth.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the ANZ Financial Lines & Cyber Manager, you'll become the key contact for brokers across Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia. This role is about far more than underwriting, it's about building genuine broker relationships, identifying opportunities, growing a meaningful portfolio and representing a respected specialist brand in the market.

What You'll Be Doing

- Build and manage strong broker relationships across VIC, SA and WA.
- Grow and develop a profitable Financial Lines portfolio.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Attend broker meetings, networking events and market visits.




- Work closely with the underwriting team to manage submissions and deliver commercial solutions.
- Provide responsive underwriting support and market insight to broker partners.
- Help drive strategic initiatives as Frontier continues its Australian and international expansion.

About You

You'll ideally bring:

- 4 + years' experience within Financial Lines underwriting.
- Strong knowledge of Skilled Indemnity, Directors & Officers, Financial Institutions or Management Liability products.
- Have an established broker network within Melbourne.
- A relationship-first approach with outstanding communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and a passion for business development.
- The confidence to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
