Movember is seeking an Engineering and Release Lead to join the technology leadership team. You will be responsible for people leadership of the software engineers, ownership of release and build management, and accountability for production platform observability and operations.
You will establish quality gates, drive a "you build it, you run it" culture, and oversee on-call and incident response for major campaigns, with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement.
