About the Role

As a Partner, you will:

- Manage and grow your own portfolio of listings and clients
- Work with qualified buyers and vendors across multiple industries
- Handle transactions from listing through to settlement
- Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year experience in business broking (advantageous) or open to learn and embrace the industry

Experience in commercial real estate (highly regarded)

Exposure to manufacturing, hospitality,



or service industries

Background in banking, accounting, legal, or advisory (advantageous)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-driven mindset with an entrepreneurial approach

Open-minded to get out of comfort zone
