Skye Medical Centre is seeking a Vocationally Registered (VR) General Practitioner to join our dynamic, well-respected, and bulk-billing medical practice. We open 7 days a week since our inception in 2012 and remain highly successful. This full-time or part-time role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centred care in a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be based in our modern clinic located in Skye, VIC 3977 and is eligible for the Section 19AB exemption.

What you'll be doing

Providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including consultations, examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans

Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic patient care

Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records in accordance with medical standards

Participating in continuing medical education to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in general practice

Contributing to the overall development and growth of the medical practice

What we’re looking for

Vocationally Registered General Practitioner qualification

At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a general practice setting

Strong clinical skills and a patient-centred approach to care





Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team

Commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative approach to healthcare delivery

Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
