Must-HaveSkills

- Strong expertise in SQL and Python (or similar programming languages).
- Deep experience with AzureData Factory (ADF), Databricks, and Azure Synapse.
- Advanced knowledge of DataModeling and Data Warehousing (DWH) concepts
- Hands-on exposure to MicrosoftFabric ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of clouddata architecture and enterprise-scale solutions.

KeyResponsibilities

- Lead and own end-to-enddata platform delivery , including design, build, and optimization ofscalable data solutions on Azure. (derived from pipeline & engineeringresponsibilities)
- Architect and govern datapipelines, data models, and enterprise data platformsusing Azure services.
- Provide technicalleadership to data engineers, reviewing code, enforcing bestpractices, and ensuring quality delivery.




- Drive development of APIs,Azure Functions, and Python-based solutions aligned with businessneeds.
- Oversee cloudinfrastructure management and ensure optimal performance, scalability,and cost efficiency
- Define and implement datagovernance, data quality, and security standards.
- Establish and drive CI/CD,DevOps practices, and agile delivery frameworksacross the dataplatform.
- Collaborate with businessand technical stakeholders , translating requirements into scalablesolutions and roadmaps.
- Mentor team members andbuild capability within the data engineering team.

Experience

- 8+ years ofexperience in data engineering, with 2-4 years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to leadcross-functional teams and deliver complex data programs.

PreferredSkills

- Experience in building enterpriseAPIs and Azure Function Apps.
- Exposure to framework-baseddevelopment (proc frameworks or similar).
- Experience in stakeholdermanagement, solution architecture, and delivery governance.
- Strong ownership mindset withability to drive outcomes
- Excellent communication andstakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance technical depth with deliveryleadership
