IBAC is seeking a Director - Public Law, Policy and Oversight within the Legal & Compliance team for a 12-month fixed term. The role provides high‑level legal, compliance and strategic advice to the Commissioner, Deputy Commissioners and senior executives, with broad legislative remit under the IBAC Act and related statutes.

We require a Bachelor of Laws and at least 10 years in a senior public-law role, with current practising certificate or eligibility, Australian citizenship and able to
