- Ensuring that all reports and forms required under the government legislation are completed legally and within the required timeframes.

- Assessment along with a clinician/ consultant of current clients and their families/carers referred to the service.
- An active role in delivering short term evidence based treatment to clients of the service and participating in the management of these clients and their families/carers.

- Involvement in developing relationships with governmental and non-governmental agencies involved in the treatment of clients and families under their care.

- Ensuring appropriate transfer of care arrangements for all clients and families under their care in collaboration with Team Leader and team members.





- Completing discharge summaries within required time frames.
- Ensuring Liaison occurs with the GP or other primary care personnel and also community mental health staff.

NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration
