Urbex, part of the BMD Group, seeks a HubSpot CRM Manager to lead the vision and governance of our CRM strategy, while hands‑on configuring HubSpot for day‑to‑day use. You will work with Marketing and cross‑functional teams to ensure data is captured, connected and activated to support our growth and customer experiences.
You will drive the CRM roadmap, ensure data integrity, privacy compliance, platform optimisation and actionable reporting as part of a team-oriented, data‑driven culture.
