Our client is a substantial, privately held construction services business. With multiple sites across the West and Northern Australia they provide a vast array of civil construction services.
Reporting to the CEO and forming a key part of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), you will have several Divisional Managers reporting to you including Finance, IT, Commercial and Payroll. This role is also a trusted commercial advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors.
This is a genuinely significant CFO mandate. You will work closely with the CEO, board, divisions, projects team and business operations to ensure financial outcomes are visable, understood, controlled and achieved.
- Provide commercial insight and guidance
- Ensure companies strength of its working capital position
- Drive high performance across divisions
- Ensure strict financial policies in place to protect margin and capital
- Provide executive financial decision making in a projects led based business.
- Maintain robust governance, compliance and controls
